1 Eligibility & Serious Marriage Intent

Shadi Net is exclusively dedicated to serious matrimonial proposals, family-oriented matchmaking, and Islamic Nikah arrangements. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are legally competent to enter into a valid marriage agreement.
• You are seeking a genuine matrimonial partner. Casual dating, friendship, commercial solicitation, or extramarital relationships are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2 Truthful Information & Mandatory Photo

To maintain the highest authenticity standards, all registered candidates agree to provide genuine, truthful, and up-to-date biographical data:

• Mandatory Photo: An authentic, clear photograph of the candidate is strictly mandatory upon registration. Accounts with fake, celebrity, cartoon, or scenery photos are instantly rejected.
• Anti-Contact Rule: Candidates may NOT embed phone numbers, emails, or social links in their public short bio.
• 24-Hour Review: Every account is placed in pending verification and scheduled for activation after 24 hours following administrative verification.

3 Membership Rates & Subscription Terms

All membership plan fees are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are clearly displayed on our platform:

• Subscription fees cover digital platform services, profile boosts, direct contact views, and matchmaking features for the designated duration.
• Payments made via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash require administrator confirmation of the transaction ID before activation.
• All membership fees are non-refundable once approved and activated.

4 Code of Conduct & Modesty

Members must conduct themselves with utmost dignity and mutual respect. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abusive remarks, obscene language, or inappropriate sexual references.
• Impersonation of any person, or misrepresenting financial, marital, or legal status.
• Scraping, copying, or distributing profile photographs and bio information to outside platforms.

5 Family Due Diligence & Disclaimer

While Shadi Net performs multi-tier candidate screening, phone validation, and document verification, users and their guardians (Wali / Parents) are strongly advised to perform independent personal, familial, and legal due diligence before finalizing any marriage contract or financial commitment.

6 Suspension & Account Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove profiles that violate these terms or present safety risks to our community, with or without prior notice.
